Brad was recommended to my wife and I by our realtor. The notion that word of mouth is the best advertising was certainly the case here. Brad is incredible. I had several hurdles to overcome, but he guided me every step of the way. The most important attribute about Brad though is his honesty. He will tell you like it is, in a professional and caring way. Buying a house isn’t the easiest process in the world, and as we all know, carries its share of ups and downs. But to be able to get honest, straighforward answers was the biggest relief.

Brad helped my wife and I through the process of buying the house we have always wanted while saving a ton along the way. I will always recommend him when I hear someone needs a dependable, honest mortgage guy. He is indeed our “mortgage guy for life”.

I wholeheartedly recommend Brad for your mortgage needs.

We decided that the time was right for us to refinance, so I started with my existing mortgage company, assuming that this would be the easiest way to go. Much to my surprise they offered me an uncompetitive interest rate and high fees. Plus, I didn’t feel like someone who had been a loyal customer for ten years.

Someone at work recommended Brad to me, and from my initial inquiry on, Brad was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly (and there were a lot of questions).

Not only did Brad get us a great rate, he made the process so fast and painless that I still can’t believe how easy it was. We’ll definitely be in touch with Brad the next time we have a mortgage need.
