I’m looking to refinance out of a 30yr note (about 5 years into it)I have a $200,000 mortgage at 5.75%, property value is 380K-400K. I was hoping to refinance to 15yr staying near current payment of $1,500/month. I have good-excellent credit. However I do not want any out of pocket expenses, or an increase in my loan amount. Is this possible in today’s environment?
